Returns & Exchange Policy

At Élever, each piece is thoughtfully curated and quality-checked to ensure it meets our standards. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Terms & Conditions Agreement 

Purchasing with Élever indicates your understanding, acknowledgment, and adherence to agree to the terms & conditions and our website policies. 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product is incorrect or missing

 All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We need an opening video of the same. Without opening the video, it will not be accepted for any exchanges/return

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Failure to do so will result in rejection during the quality check, and the items will be shipped back to the customer with extra shipping charges.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and quality reasons:

  • Accessories (hair claws, bag charms, jewelry, hair clips)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order


Return Process

  1. Email us at customercareelever@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Contact details 

    • Clear images or video of the issue

    • Brief description of the problem

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Reverse pickup will be arranged in 48 hours once approved, or you may be asked to self-ship depending on your location.

Please note that it will take 7-10 working days for the parcel to reach our warehouse. 

Reverse pickup is chargeable at Rs. 120/-. Charges will be deducted accordingly if more than one item is sent for exchange.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed as store credit only

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • Refunds are initiated after quality inspection of the returned item


Shipping Charges

  • Upon receiving the product back, a credit voucher (deducting the shipping and reverse charges) will be issued

  • If a return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping will be covered by Élever


RTO Marked:

  • If incorrect/incomplete information is provided and the parcel is marked as RTO (return to us), a credit voucher will be issued deducting the shipping and RTO charges.

  • Please ensure correct information as it cannot be changed once the parcel has been packed/shipped.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects

  • Handmade or imported items may have minor natural variations, which are part of their charm and uniqueness
