Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Élever, we aim to ensure your order reaches you safely and beautifully packaged, right to your doorstep.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours 

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS


Estimated Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Need your order sooner? 

Reach out to us to opt for Express Shipping at an additional cost of INR 350, with delivery within 72 hours from dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

  • Shipping charges of ₹ 250.00 is applicable on order less than ₹2500
    Shipping will be free for orders over ₹ 2,500 only for non-discounted items.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner details

You can track your order using the provided link until it reaches you.


Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us

  • Re-shipping charges will be applied in such cases

  • A non-refundable re-shipping and handling fee of INR 200 per shipment will be charged in cases of order cancellation after payment, delivery refusal, delivery failure, change of mind, or requests for replacement orders.


Delayed/Lost/Damaged Shipments

While Élever is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit due to the performance of third-party courier partners, we are always here to support our customers and will assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

Customers are requested to actively track their shipments and notify us within 48 hours if an order is marked as delivered but has not been received. Please note that courier partners do not accept claims beyond this timeframe, and requests raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for investigation.


Packaging

All Élever orders are:

  • Carefully quality-checked

  • Securely packed to prevent damage

  • Delivered in branded packaging to maintain our premium experience


Important Notes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout

  • Élever is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events

  • Once an order is shipped, address changes may not be possible

  • In cases where re-shipping is required due to delivery failure or customer-related reasons, applicable re-shipping and handling charges will apply as per our policy.
